The City of Midland (“City”) is inviting responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking

proposals from interested parties (Proposers) who may be interested in leasing land to

develop a private aircraft hangar on Lot D, Lot E or both in the NW Executive Ramp area at

Midland International Air & Space Port (MAF). The proposed site is identified on the

attached Exhibit A in an overall Airport site plan showing the existing airfield and the lot

locations.
